Used for many centuries in traditional Chinese and Korean medicine for improving strength, aiding the immune system and increasing general vitality silkworm proteins are still relatively new to western culture, with uses mainly confined to cosmetology. However, studies have shown that the key amino acids found within SAA have delivered significant benefits to athletes in training and performance. Supplementing with SAA has shown to produce increased strength by moving the lactate threshold and raising testosterone levels. MORE ALANINE AND TAURINE! As well as being found within the SAA complex, Core CELL is enriched by additional sources of alanine as a free amino acid. Under natural conditions in the body, alanine plays a role in the glucose-alanine cycle, which transports nitrogen between the muscles and the liver, providing a better supply of oxygen and nutrients around the body. Directions:

Mix 1 scoop of powder (53 g) with 300 ml of water, drink immediately following your workout. If you are not training that day, have your serving in the morning on empty stomach.
